Hines Real Estate of Houston had recently expanded its private investments firm to include investment opportunities beyond traditional commercial real estate properties. We recommended changing their name from Hines REIT to Hines Securities to acknowledge the change in business strategy. We created ads that ran in business and investing publications, and we helped them with their traveling investor trade shows, from videos to booth design and collateral materials.
